The property boasts an enclosed garden with private parking for 4 cars and a ping-pong table, perfect for the enjoyment of adults and children. Under an independent porch you will find an outdoor dining area with a table for 6 people and a barbecue. Moreover within the garden is a fantastic private pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.20 - 2.20 m), open from April to October, and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and external shower. Internal Description Villa Pasqualina is located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse and is spread over 2 levels. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed on request. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. All rooms are equipped with portable fans. Some windows are endowed with mosquito nets.
