This is the perfect spot if you enjoy lively, vibrant neighborhoods. This spacious apartment features a large living room and an open-plan kitchen. It has two bedrooms, both with spacious closets; the master bedroom has a full bathroom attached and a balcony. The second full bathroom is outside the second bedroom. It has a private terrace with an unparalleled view of Parque España, where you can enjoy quiet reading or have some wine with guests. It is equipped to provide you with a comfortable stay, whether for one night, two weeks, or more.

Overall We loved our stay here. It’s so close to the parks and great restaurants. My only complaint was that it was crazy hot and there’s not any AC and we couldn’t open the windows since there aren’t screens and the mosquitos ate me alive the first night.

Joaquin’s place looked just like the photos - a modern, huge apartment in Condesa, close to a lot of restaurants and walkable to the Parque Espana, just across the street. Check in and check out was easy and I liked having the 24 hour reception. The apartment has two balconies and Netflix on the tv, which was nice after a long day. The kitchen is also spacious. It does not have air conditioning, but the windows open, they provide fans, and there are black out curtains to keep it cooler. There’s also filtered water available in the kitchen.
