Staying at Natasha's place has restored my faith in this app. Great place to stay, immaculately clean and a real homely feeling, Natasha is friendly with an easy going nature plus a lively and interesting person to converse with.

Natasha was very welcoming, friendly,trustworthy and open. A brief stay but felt at home and slept soundly;always a good sign. Will definitely use here again.Really convenient for NEC and airport.

Highly recommend to book with Natasha. It felt like home from home. Very responsive to messages and very accommodating. Despite unforseen circumstances causing me a 3 hour delay on the motorway, Natasha was very understanding and allowed easy check-in. Natasha is a very friendly, smart and engaging individual with the ability to make her guests feel at ease within her beautiful home. The room and amenities were better than expected allowing a very restful night. Thank you for hosting me and I would happily stay again if available and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to stay in the Birmingham area.

I booked Natasha’s place months in advance because I was flying out of Birmingham early morning. Natasha answered all my questions promptly I was left clear instructions how to check in . I walked into town in about 20 mins . There’s a Morrisons and Wetherspoon. Natasha was very friendly and showed me actually where to park my car . The room was a good size . The toiletries and bathrobe was a lovely touch . I was encouraged to make a coffee and relax. Uber to the airport approximately £11 and took about 10 minutes. Very nice comfortable stay at Natasha
