Location location location! Centrally located (within 15-30 min drive) to every kayaking location I wanted to go to for this kayaking vacation, as well as any restaurant you could poss desire! Off the beaten path, so felt very safe and peaceful! The house was spotless, and super comfortable!! The reclining couch was beyond perfect! Bed was amazingly comfy! They have tons of games (board, cards etc) in the closet and Liv rm cabinet, and movies on DVD by the dozens. Smart TV's in lr and br. So much thought has been put into providing a perfect stay for their guest! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay for this vacation! I will be back!!

Great place to stay for a night on our way to do manatee tour. Joseph was very friendly and helpful with local suggestions for restaurants/things to do. Would definitely come back if ever back in the area!

Joseph's home is very clean and comfortable and a great place to stay for a few nights or longer. It's clear that he takes pride in providing guests a high quality experience with many extra amenities and quick, friendly responses to questions. We loved the comfortable bed and couch and the overall "newness" and cleanliness of everything. Even though it was a little out of the way and not much to do nearby, it was very private and peaceful and we appreciated that our dogs were welcome too. Check out was easy with a very short "to-do" list. Would definitely stay here again!
