This contemporary space is finished with furniture and amenities such as fast internet, washing machine and workspace. It also has a balcony should you want to feel the cool breeze of the area. Making our home ideal for a work holiday or short term stay. Our space is located close to several local shops, restaurants, and other establishments. We look forward to hosting you soon! Every detail of our home has been meticulously designed and built to ensure your utmost relaxation during your stay. Our space has the following: General Utilities - High-speed Internet (up to 155 mbps) - Air conditioning - Smart TV with access to Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc. - Fresh bath towels and room slippers per guest Bathroom - Shower enclosure - Water heater (located in the shower) - Washing machine (wash-and-spin) Kitchen - Induction stove* - Refrigerator - Microwave - Bread Toaster - Rice cooker - Cookware - Dinnerware - Coffee press/french press (ground coffee not included) *Please avoid cooking with strong odors. Always turn on the range hood above the stove to a maximum when cooking to avoid the smoke alarm from ringing and thus avoiding building fines. Sleeping Arrangements - 1 queen sized bed - 1 convertible sofa bed** - 1 extra mattress** **blanket and pillows provided For safety, the building is equipped with surveillance cameras, fire escapes, and has 24/7 security.

Jim's place is very quaint and peaceful. he was very communicative all throughout the time.Jim was also kind enough to let me change the reservation. Joselito (the one who welcomed us) was so helpful and even assisted with our bags to the unit. I hope to come back and thank you for hosting us.

Stayed in Jim's place Thursday to Saturday, after Visita Iglesia. The owner is very responsive, accomodating, and super kind. We really enjoy our stay here, clean place and ang bango ng mga linens❤️❤️❤️ Till next time😊
Nice condo, good use of space. very close to Serin Mall with plenty of great options for dining out as well as a grocery store for dining in. Laundry service close by. Only two small issues, lots of construction which meant noise from dawn until after dark. The building also had a slight mildew smell. Both issues were minor and we quickly got used to both and barely noticed them.
Stayed in for 2 nights. Great location, right in front of Ayala Serin and other famous restaurants. They had complete amenities like hair blower, steam iron and coffee press. The place is very clean and cozy. Nicely decorated and well-lit. Room rate is ok for the condo size. Only down side is the construction site downstairs which may be a bit noisy at times. All in all a great stay!
