Ulyssa and staff on site did a great job making us feel at home. The gated community was safe and peaceful and we had a great time walking around and trying new things. This is in the city so busy surroundings but the gated community was nice and quiet. We would recommend this property to others who need to stay in Davao City. Salamat Ulyssa!

We stayed at 4 different AirB&B while vacationing in the Philippines and Uly's place was THE place I can call 'a home away from home'. Needless to say, Uly was very responsive and was so flexible with our requests. It was such a pleasant surprise to find the welcome fruits on the dining table when we arrive - I personally think that was special and so thoughtful and kind!! The property had everything we needed - and all so organized and easy to find. I did appreciate that everything in the house worked properly (appliances, fixtures, remotes, air conditioning, showers). The dishwasher was definitely a huge plus for me. I love the fact that the home only has what's necessary (no clutter). Most importantly, I love that the house is VERY clean and we did treat this vacation home like our home because it reminded us of our very own home. I would recommend this place to my friends without hesitation and we'll definitely book the property the next time we're in Davao.

Ulyssa was very responsive to any questions we had,her place was awesome and there was plenty of living space. We would definitely recommend Ulyssa’s place and would stay there again in the future.

Ulyssa's place is just perfect, exceeding our expectations. Spotlessly clean and tidy, the house itself and furniture's well cleaned everything. (Thanks to wonderful caretaker Tata, who is happy to help in anything she can) Ulyssa is an amazing host, making sure our stay will be comfortable, very comfy bed, nice garden around the house for relaxing atmosphere, secured fully fenced property, 24 hrs. gate security subdivision is happy to assist us if we need a taxi, nice and quiet night around the area. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. The place is just perfect, you can't find anything wrong. Ulyssa is always quick to respond for any question. such a helpful and accommodating host. From start to finish the process went smoothly. Huge THANK YOU to Uly making our holiday in Davao quite enjoyable. Definitely will be back, highly recommended.

Ulyssa is a Super Host!! She allowed us an early arrival, she was very responsive to all of my questions and requests, her house was pristine, her caretaker was the best!!! We loved every minute of our stay! Thanks so much!!!
