Our holiday home is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park, near the Großglockner and the Dolomites, in the small community of Rangersdorf/Tresdorf. The completely renovated Carinthian wooden house offers comfort and warmth paired with the luxury you want for your precious vacation time. Ankommen und wohlfühlen! Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern + Oma und Hund Ende März spontan eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Häusl verbracht, um in den umliegenden Skigebieten zu snowboarden. Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Häuschen sofort wohl gefühlt! Von der Austattung (zahlreiches Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher, Spiele, Bücher,…vorhanden) über die herausragende Freundlichkeit bis hin zur Sauberkeit ist alles für einen rundum gelungen Urlaub vorbereitet! Das Häusl ist ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Auto kann man in unter einer Stunde mehr als fünf verschiedene Skigebiete anfahren. Wir waren am Mölltaler Gletscher, Heiligenblut und Lienz diese sind abwechslungsreich und wir mussten nicht einmal am Lift anstehen, weil es auf den Pisten sehr leer war. Unterwegs haben wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen, die eine Reise in einer anderen Jahreszeit sicher auch sehr lohnenswert machen! (Schluchten, Seen, einer sogar mit Wakeboardanlage, Wasserfälle, Almen…) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

For the skiers:
Many skiers who are used to waiting in a long queue for the next chair or cabin are amazed at how relaxed things are in the ski areas in the Großglockner region.
And not forgetting the Mölltal Glacier, with the world's longest underground funicular railway, the Glacier Express.
The Mölltal Glacier, Heiligenblut, and Zetterfeld ski areas are less than 30 30-minute' drive from our little house.
The Matrei and Kals am Großglockner ski areas are less than 50 minutes away.
For the bikers:
Mölltal and the neighboring mountain regions offer everything a cyclist's heart desires for all types of cycling.
Whether a bike tour on the plain, along the Möll, or a mountain bike tour in the glacier area or downhill in a bike park.
Our beloved holiday region has the right route and the right offer.
For hikers:
Endless hiking trails can be reached in just a few minutes from our Häuserl.
Whether the approx. 7-kilometre long hiking trail to the Raneralm or the approx. 6-kilometre panoramic trail Winklerner Alm.
Or the hiking paradise Mölltal Glacier! Adventure at 3000 meters above sea level.
The mountain summer also attracts many holiday guests and locals to the hiking paradise on the Mölltal Glacier. The journey begins with the Gletscher Express funicular railway. After eight minutes and 4.8 km, you are at 2,200 meters above sea level, where a different world awaits you. A refreshing change with pleasant temperatures compared to the hot days at the bathing lake welcomes the visitor.
