This architect designed conversion of a former agricultural building has created a magical space which makes up this spacious offering. It sleeps up to four guests in two double suites. A three mile drive down a country lane from the dual carriageway brings you to Maendy Barns. With its own private drive and set in an acre of land, the buildings are surrounded by a well maintained garden, paddock and private terrace which together form an idyllic and inviting retreat. Spacious parking is provided for up to six cars. Inside the feel is one of warmth and sophistication. Underfloor heating fed by an air-sourced heat pump is supplemented by a contemporary wood-burning stove. This makes Maendy Barns equally inviting whether you seek outdoor adventures or prefer to hunker down indoors in front of a crackling fire. The heart of our barn conversion is its very spacious open-plan stainless steel kitchen, fun dining space and two sitting areas, cleverly zoned and planned with modern living in mind. A space where you and your guests can gather, cook, dine, and relax in style. Additionally, there is a stylish shower room and a bathroom with a huge cast iron bath, ensuring convenience and comfort for all. Retaining the authenticity of the agricultural building, the bedrooms and bathrooms have bare walls which enables you to imagine the spaces as they once were. Step outside on one side and you'll discover a small enclosed and sheltered terrace with seating, providing a tranquil oasis for quiet relaxation.
