位置很好，距离商业区和风景点都很近，周围也有必须的商店和超市，客厅和餐厅不错，两个卧室也比较舒服，美中不足是老房子改造没有电梯，负责入住的员工很贴心，但房东其他人在入住后就不再回复，送了一瓶酒，但屋子里并没有开瓶器……

Elise et Sébastien nous ont très gentiment permis d’arriver un peu avant. L’accueil était très chaleureux avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue, ce qui n’est pas si courant. Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, propre, décoré avec goût. Il est en plus bien placé pour visiter Paris : république et Marais à 5min, métro à 2min, boulangerie au coin de l’immeuble, Monoprix à 2 min… La communication avec Elise a été très réactive, attentionnée, facile. Cette location nous a permis de passer de bons moments en famille avec trois adolescentes qui avaient leur espace de tranquillité. Je recommande pleinement ce logement ! Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir 👍

Great accommodation for exploring Paris. Our family of 4 stayed here 4 nights in April for a city break. The apartment was clean, plenty of room and as described on the website. Check-in was easy and the hosts responded straight away to some questions we had later. The area around the apartment has great restaurants, bakers and local shops to buy essentials. We walked to a lot of the attractions and also made use of the Metro stations within a few minutes walk of the apartment. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the sights of Paris, we will certainly look to stay here again on future visits.
