Sunset House in Meloneras is the ideal place to unwind for a few days with your partner, family or friends. Enjoy the privileged climate of the south of Gran Canaria on our wonderful terrace, where you can sunbathe and unwind. At Ten Properties we offer this beautiful holiday townhouse of 100 m2 with 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom, with direct access to a terrace, consists of a double bed and next to the bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The interior of this holiday home is completed by a comfortable and modern living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom, a back terrace with barbecue and laundry room and direct access to the large terrace and front garden. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The exterior of the villa includes a garden area with sun loungers, a shower, a dining room with relaxation area.

Very nice and modern clean appartment at a beautiful location in Meloneras.
We’ve had a wonderful week . The apartment is a perfect home from home , super clean and modern and spacious , beds are very comfortable , bathrooms are super modern and new. Everything you could need if you’re eating at the villa is available along with a small selection of bars and restaurants a short walk at the beach , Playa Meloneras , literally 10mins walk . Daniel the host was great super responsive and easy to contact , there was a small issue with the water one day but he sorted that out straight away . The garden is private with lots of loungers if you just want to chill . The pool is lovely and refreshing and a good size most of the time we had it to our selves . The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet , playa Meloneras is a quiet small resort but a short walk away is Maspalomas which has an incredible amount of restaurants and bars the promanade is a bustling place. We would definitely come back and stay at the villa again .
Toller Host. Sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte, sogar über Standards hinaus. Der Gemeinschatfspool ist sehr schön. Alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Vielen Dank.
