Relax in the evenings in this amazing space with sunset cocktails, then retire to one of the four bedroom each with en suite bathroom, each with a bathtub and a shower. And if you need to make it a working holiday, the villa is set up for you with a dedicated working space on the upper level and high-speed internet throughout the Villa. 非常棒！ 租车旅行非常适合住在这里。开车5-10分钟可以到海滩、饭店、便利店，开车15-20分钟可以抵达大型超市、拉威海鲜市场。 厨房里的厨具、餐具很齐全。有一个很好用的电饭煲，可以煮粥和焖米饭。 房东很耐心地帮助我们解决了所有问题。还在抵达的当天，送给我们一些给小朋友做辅食需要的食材。 我和老公带着1岁的孩子以及我们的父母在这里住了几天，所有人都很喜爱这栋别墅。这里很干净、安静、安全，很适合老人和小宝宝。
House was beautiful, clean, spacious. Pool was fun. The area felt safe and was walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only downside was location was very difficult for taxi drivers to find, resulting in them getting lost or cancelling rides on us. So if you’re planning on taking Bolts or Grabs just keep that in mind.

The estate also offers 24h secured access for your safety and peace of mind and has three access gates allowing you to reach Nai Harn beach, restuarant or the road to Kata quickly and conviniently.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants along Soi Saiyuan and the Nai Harn beach, or explore further afield via scooter, car or public transport. Ask for help if needed!
