Welcome to our cosy holiday home (30m2) with sauna. Quietly situated & at the same time very central directly at the city wall of the old town Stari Bar and the pedestrian zone with restaurants & shops. Only 5 minutes walk to the olive groves, the mountains, waterfalls & the canyon - an Eldorado for hikers, climbers, for canyoning and for nature lovers. Car parking in front of the house. Sauna with bathrobes & sauna towels. Wood stove & infrared heating. shared barbecue area in the orchard. The house was newly built in 2019. It has a very well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery. The Sailors Home is equipped with a sofa bed with comfortable Vitapur mattress topper, a large ground-level shower, separate WC with washbasin as well as a sauna and a small south-facing sun terrace in front of the house with seating. In summer, an air-conditioning system and a large ceiling fan provide pleasant cooling; in winter, a wall-mounted infrared heater, heating via the air-conditioning system and a small wood-burning stove make it cosy and warm. For the use of the sauna all utensils are available including bathrobes and extra bath towels. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are many fruit trees in our garden, where you can pick fruit fresh from the tree and there is a beautiful barbecue area surrounded by grapes, which can be shared with the guests of the other holiday home on the property by arrangement. For your stay, we provide towels and bed linen as well as free Wi-Fi.
