This bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Melbourne, on one of its most iconic laneways, Degraves Street. Enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes in the laneway or visit one of the restaurants located on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the historical “Mutual Stores” building. From the 4th floor, you will have views across Melbourne landmarks, Flinders Street Station and Federation Square. This recently refurbished apartment is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, spacious lounge area and modern bathroom with washer and dryer.

Incredible location and lovely set up. Well equipped kitchen. Incredibly responsive host. Had a month long stay and felt at home. Sound bleed from neighbours so use ear plugs if sensitive to sound. Would recommend!
Very cosy, extremely central location
Asko was very responsive, check in and check out were very smooth and they accommodated for us landing early and we were about to check in early due to no one being there the night before and the cleaners being finished. The location needs to be in the bio more, it was amazing! Right upstairs from all the cafes and great lunch/dinner location. I would 100% only stay there if my partner and I return.

Getting around is easy with Flinders Street Railway Station across the street, and tram stops just outside of the building. A great way to learn about Melbourne is the free City Circle tram which takes you around the Melbourne CBD.
