Franco was so welcoming when we arrived at his beautiful place and gave us some amazing suggestions of places to visit. He provided us with free (and delicious) coffee and some breakfast snacks which was much appreciated! The room was very large and clean with an ensuite bathroom. To get to the room we climbed a quaint spiral staircase from the kitchen. There were other guests downstairs with their own room but this was no problem. The location is a very short walk from the walled city (approximately 5-10 minutes).

Escalier pour monter les bagages, pas évident. Manque un petit coin terrasse aménagé dans le jardin. Sinon, Franco est un hôte charmant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le blustudio de Franco. Il nous a donné de précieux conseils et recommandations à Lucca et à été tout au long du séjour un excellent hôte ! Tout était à disposition pour nous, chambre très spacieuse et confortable, salle de bain très propre et tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner le matin. Encore un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa flexibilité ! Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement pour votre séjour à Lucca !

This place was awesome! The host was super friendly and gave us a bunch of tips on where to go and some history of Lucca, which we really appreciated. The location was great and the amenities were all really good. He even provided us with everything we needed for breakfast! I'd definitely recommend this place! If I ever come back to Lucca (which I hope I do), I'll definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place, Franco is amazing, he really cares for his guests and is so keen to share his knowledge of Lucca. Only drawback was that we had just planned for one night in beautiful Lucca.
