This flat is good value, and well set up without being luxurious. It is quite small - half way between a one bedroom and a studio - but, as a couple, that did not bother us at all. The view from the floor to ceiling windows is superb, and there is a little balcony to sit on if the weather allows. The location is brilliant - half block from Toorak Rd - couple of hundred metres from Botanic Gardens; Yarra River and city within easy walking distance or a short tram ride away. Flat is also only half a block from all the fabulous eateries in Domain Rd South Yarra. We were there during lockdown - didn’t matter - we walked in the gardens or down to the river, or down Toorak Rd - and got lots of yummy takeaway food, and coffee, from the eateries. Parking in the street worked well with the permit - we were always able to park very near the flat. It is 2 floors up without a lift - which didn’t both us but could if you find climbing stairs taxing. Mark was incredibly helpful, and responded within minutes to all our queries or requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Mark's place is incredibly convenient. I stayed there for a few weeks while I settled in Melbourne and had everything I needed. Location-wise it is incredibly well connected to everything and just between two amazing parks. Cafes in the area are superb as well.

Compact but comfortable and awesome location between Fawkner Park and the Botanic Garden, with all the eateries of Domain Road just a short walk away. Loved it.
