Great location with beach just across the road
Apartment was much smaller than expected. Photos are deceptive! I booked for 5 people, there was no way you could have 5 adults there. In order to pull sofa bed out, we had to basically rearrange the furniture. There was no seating for 5 people to eat together. There wasn't any space to sit as a family as the sofa only sat 2.5 people Couldn't sit on the balcony as the light didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Massive cockcroach in the main bedroom. It might be ok for a family with small kids but definitely not for a family with teenagers. I was extremely disappointed with the apartment.
Very nice rooms but a little smaller then the pictures but good for 4 people max. When we checked in the Accom staff were very helpful and nice but the hotel staff (mantra staff) were quite rude and not as helpful when asked if they had any suggestions on what to do around Ettalong on New Year’s Eve. Would definitely book with Accom again.
Great communication and lovely staff. We found the price of over $400 a night excessive for the size and presentation of the apartment. it is very small and a tight fit for 2 couples e.g. dining table was minuscule, one couch that could fit 2-3 only. The cost is very high but we know that hotel is expensive in general having stayed before. We had a lovely time but a couple of issues. Our only suggestions would be airing the apartment out, it had a very musty smell. And the shower in main bathroom, we couldn't adjust the head and as its aimed towards wall you could only get water on you if you pressed up hard against the tiles which was very uncomfortable. The microwave could do with a clean as well but we had a good time regardless. We didn't have bath towels but once we messaged, they sent over towels straight away. We were told the pool was going to be out of order but it wasn't. And my brother wanted to use gym but this was being renovated so not able to use. Unfortunately for us the weather was terrible but we made the most of it
