This is the third time I have booked this apartment in Tours and I cannot recommend a better place to stay and host if you are visiting Tours or are plan on using Tours as a base to travel throughout the Touraine. It is located just minutes from the old quarter and is ideally situated only five minutes from the train station. There is an excellent bistro and boulangerie just around the quarter. If driving, there is dedicated parking in the garage below the building. Wi-Fi is excellent and the building is served by both a large staircase and elevator.

My wife and I stayed a month here. We loved the very central location, the proximity to the museums, and the fantastic views of the cathedral. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was recently renovated with a nice shower, and the Wifi was fast. Françoise is a fabulous host; she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Françoise is an excellent host. I had communication issues with my phone and although delay for the arrival time, Françoise and her husband waited at the apartment for my arrival. The apartment is excellent and in an ideal location to have a base to visit Tours and the surrounding areas. I drove, and to have the parking space within the basement complex was ideal. The apartment was spotless and felt like home. I intend to return next year and if available, this would be the first choice. Merci Françoise

Françoise est très accueillante, nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles et s'est montrée très disponible à répondre à toute question ultérieurement à notre arrivée. Appartement extrêmement bien situé d'où on peut visiter Tours à pied. Un gros plus: Garage intérieur pour 2 voitures. Bâtiment sécurisé, bons restaurants à proximité et points d'intérêt à visiter directement à côté (Cathédrale, Musée des Beaux-Arts, parc). Unique bémol: dans la période de chaleur que nous avons eue pendant la semaine, difficile d'aérer l'appartement pendant la nuit. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Françoise sans hésiter.
