Perfect private setting with a little sit-ooterie. Walking distance to the beach, and St Ives with parking adjacent. Danielle provided clear written info and responded quickly to questions. First time staying in Carbis Bay rather than St Ives, and would definitely opt for that again. Weather was absolutely idyllic which influenced our choices. Packed a lot in from the Hepworth garden to lovely eateries and shopping at independents such as Sweetlime.

Absolutely beautiful stay with Danielle, the place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a lovely welcoming card and cream tea on arrival, and being a cornishman myself, very proud that she advised the jam before the cream 😉There is not much I can say...just PERFECT! Thank you very much!!!

If anything was better than pictures and description nice little touches milk cream tea welcoming card and flowers . Exceptionally clean and messaged us to say no rush to leave at ten very thoughtful

The guest house is nice with an open little kitchen to heat up some simple meals and a living room downstairs. Danielle and Marc were both very nice. Danielle welcomed me with a handwritten card and everything for a Cornish tea which was lovely. Marc was so kind to give me a hand to check my car when I had a flat tyre. When the car repair shop took longer, they made it possible to store my things on my last day. The bedroom is very comfy although the construction site on the other side of the street was sometimes a bit loud (on weekdays). The couch wasn't too great but it might be just not working for my back. There is a small garden on the back to sit outside. The only downside would be the breakfast bar, the chairs are almost as high as the table itself. Bit annoying as I had some work to do and in the Airbnb description was a "designated workspace" listed.
