My family and I stayed here to see the 2024 eclipse—the house was great, just as described, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook for 4 people for 5 days. There was a cute downtown area with bars and restaurants ~20 min walk from the house, and there happened to be a festival with several live music stages, vendors, and food trucks while we were there, which was awesome. Host was very communicative and helpful—would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Mansfield again!

Loved the house. Kitchen had lots of appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils.

We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was an enjoyable experience, particularly because it was within 10 minutes from where we were being hosted by family. The house was clean and spacious. The hosts were responsive and provided clear check in/out instructions. Only con: The neighbors do have a fairly large dog that barks throughout the night. Outside of that, we would certainly return.
