What a gem of a place! Perfectly located and a lovely little room with helpful and friendly staff. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home and can’t do enough for you. Greatly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone going that way!

Great location ,Staff very friendly , breakfast choice excellent,and good quality from the full English to the healthy option, If you require an evening meal I can recommend the three pilchards inn . Really enjoyed my stay,. and secure Parking..

Such a lovely hotel in the heart of Polperro. Parking was convenient as each room gets one space and parking is rare in Polperro. Only wish the other guests would drive all the way in as reversing out is challenging. Some rooms have a noisy fan outside which comes on at 7am. Presumably this is a kitchen fan for the hotel. Not a problem if you’re an early riser. Check in with Becky was very pleasant who was very helpful and gave excellent local dining advice and clear instructions on getting back late at night. Thanks for a great stay.
