RocÍo's apartment was lovely. It was super clean, which was very important to us; plus, RocÍo had left lots of cleaning supplies, so it was easy to keep it clean. The apartment is located literally 50 meters from the beach, and the boardwalk and beach area are both fantastic. There are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby as well as a number of grocery stores within easy walking distance. The old, historic part of town is an easy 30-minute walk. The apartment has lots of supplies - dishes, cutlery, pots-and-pans, glassware, etc - making it easy to cook meals. The washing machine was a nice bonus as we were there for an extended period....as was the deck! RocÍo was an excellent host - available any time we needed her, with very fast response time. If you go, make sure you get the "key" tutorial! We had a bit of a challenge getting into the unit on the first day, but again, RocÍo was there to help immediately. Overall, it was a lovely time and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Almería. It is a beautiful, walkable and non-touristy city. The apartment was clean and very close to the beach, grocery stores, a large selection of seaside cafés, tapas bars, seafood restaurants and the beach. We would stay at Roccio's again if we return to Almería. She was responsive and quick to respond when we had questions.

positiv:100 Meter vom Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 200 Meter, Strand fast leer, total ruhig, in 11 Tagen nur zwei mall Fremdsprachen gehört. negativ: Konditioner im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist weit von dem und Ventilator im Schlafzimmer bringt nichts allgemein: normale Wohnung, gut für spanische Verhältnisse, wir sind zufrieden

Fantastic stay, great little flat with everything we needed. The location was perfect for the beach and sightseeing. Felt safe and secure, and hosts were always available if we needed anything. Really hope to return, thanks guys =D

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Rocio à deux adultes et une petite fille de 4 ans et notre séjour fut parfait grâce à la réactivité et la gentillesse de Rocio qui nous a accueillis comme si nous étions à la maison, en personne avec un petit cadeau pour notre fille . L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé ,conforme aux photos et se situe à 50 m de la plage et à 15 minutes en marchant du centre-ville par la promenade maritime Vous trouverez également à proximité de délicieux restaurants cafés et glaciers tout le long de la plage face à la mer!! Emplacement au top ! L'appartement est également très calme, l'immeuble très propre . Nous recommandons en tous points ! Merci Rocio pour ce superbe séjour à Almeria .
