Paulo is a magnificent host. Responsive and helpful, always in the friendliest way possible. Place was great, incredible value for the money. It’s a little bit out of the way of the action, but taxis are cheap and plentiful.

A beautiful, very modern studio, very clean and equipped with everything you need, from air conditioning to washing machine, everything in top state. The location is very central, yet very quiet. Paulo is very friendly and accommodating and is always very quick and helpful. I was very satisfied and will gladly come again!

Paulo was a very caring and kind host, who not only picked me up from the airport but also acted as an informal tour guide from when I landed till I left the island. He helped me with my research on the slave history of this island by driving me to important historical sites at a highly subsidised cost. Moreover, he paid out of his pocket to take me out and introduce me to the local cuisine like Cachupa. We went on a tour of Tarafal, a city in Santiago, as part of his guided tour important locations around Praia, my host city. Altogether this was a great and awe-inspiring visit to a beautiful peaceful island where people were friendly and welcoming. Not for one moment did i feel like a tourist or stranger. I was totally at home at Paulo's home. I highly recommend to any visitor to Praia.

Espectacular, abajo hay una cafetería más famosa de la zona, la parada de autobús en frente de la casa, no falta taxi de dia por ahí, todo céntrico y muy cerca a los bares y restaurantes, me ha encantado y recomiendo ir y disfrutar de la isla, dónde me he hospedado es un sitio tranquilo en unos de los barrios más lujosos de la capital y 5min de coche tienes de todo. El anfitrión estupendo.

o apartamento é agradável, limpo e próximo das zonas mais movimentadas. A pastelaria que fica no rés do chão do edifício é bom, o que torna o apartamento mais atractivo. O Paulo é um bom anfitrião, amigável. Acho que deveriam acrescentar um serviço de limpeza caso o cliente quisesse. Muito bom. Estão de parabéns. Provavelmente volto 🤩🤩
