Felt very at home when staying here. Super easy to get to many spots in Colorado Springs!

The place was exactly as described. I especially loved the welcoming touches with lighting and music, plus towels and small hard candies on each bed. Also, the available snacks and light refreshments were appreciated between getting to the store or to have on hand while sightseeing. And unexpected BONUS!...a young deer pair were spotted on the front lawn one day at dusk.

The care and attention given to the design of the space, amenities, all the details were fantastic, you can tell the hosts really care. The lot and view are just as good as the pictures if not better! Fantastic hangout. Would be 5 stars if not for the other duplex guests - not sure if these are long term renters or also AirBNB? Be aware that their outdoor space is DIRECTLY outside your living room window - we didn't realize this until we heard/saw them out there during our stay. Unfortunately, being a duplex you're pretty reliant on the other residents, so while it's not necessarily the host's fault, the extremely strong marijuana smell coming through the air vents during our entire stay with kids was basically the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star stay. Again, not the host's fault, but something that feels worth mentioning because we picked this over a single unit for the view. Just a balance of priorities. Great host and would happily stay in another home of theirs.

We really enjoyed Kaitlyn’s place. It was spacious and the view of downtown was very nice! The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed walking and jogging in the surrounding neighborhood.

Only snag was getting in. The digital instructions don't match the c keypad on the door, namely the key used for enter. Other than that beautiful place with a kitchen stock full of everything you could need. TVs in all the rooms, cool firepit with a great view. Would stay again.
