Tivemos uma estadia excelente na casa de Silvia e Gianluca em Ferrara. A casa é ainda mais confortável e espaçosa do que descrito no anúncio. Sua localização é ótima, e sempre que precisamos, fomos prontamente atendidos e bem orientados. Recomendamos sem hesitação e se voltarmos a Ferrara, certamente esse endereço será nossa primeira opção.

Silvia was a perfect host. The location was excellent - restaurants, a cinema ( which allows pets 😀) and many bars all within a few steps. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a great lounge with a large tv with Netflix and Amazon etc. Inside the apartment the space was cosy and peacefully quiet. All round 10/10

We spent a wonderful 7 days in Silvia’s home. It’s private and peaceful and our small child loved playing in the courtyard. Silvia is the most responsive, proactive, and friendly host I’ve ever stayed with. She gave us wonderful recommendations and even provided bus routes for some of the excursions we had planned. There was juice and milk and some snacks available and plenty of towels for the bathroom. The stairs are steep but wider than other spiral staircases I’ve encountered. Also, the whole house is fairly dark- we didn’t have any real problems though my 72 year old mother used a flashlight at times. The lighting would be fine for most people, but worth noting if anyone in your group is visually impaired. If we are ever in Ferrara again, we will definitely stay here.

My family stayed here for four weeks during the summer of 2023, and I’m unsure if we could have found a more perfect place. Silvia was everything that you want in a good host: kind, quick, and helpful while still letting us be to enjoy our holiday. The house itself was magical. I didn’t even realize it was on the main historical street when we booked it. We never grew tired of the walk through the old buildings back to the house. We were all so sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was very welcome on unexpectedly hot days. The kids had a blast playing in the courtyard and we wrapped up quite a few days by grabbing pizza and farinata from Giuseppe's across the street. Highly recommended!

Silvia’s house is amazing - we stayed for a month and fell in love with the beautiful Ferrara. The house itself is very stylish with excellent facilities (kitchen, wifi, garden, parking etc). The beds were incredibly comfy! Silvia also left lots of lovely welcoming provisions like cookies, jam, coffee etc - a really nice touch. The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city and near to the city walls which is a lovely walk. Be advised if you are driving, the road is a bit tight to get into the parking, but once you’re in Ferrara is a great city to explore on foot / bike so we didn’t use the car at all really. We’d love to return one day!
