Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le poêle, quelques lumières et le sapin étaient allumés, cela nous a plongé directement dans une ambiance cosy. De plus, un panier gourmand nous attendait, ce qui est très généreux et attentionné. La maison est très bien située avec vue sur le château de Beynac (une voie ferrée est juste à côté mais le bruit n’est pas dérangeant - peu de passage). Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires dont shampoing et gel douche à disposition. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et disponibles si besoin. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour entre amis pour le réveillon. Le gros plus : les chiens sont acceptés.

Le logement d'Erwin et Roelien était parfait ! Toute l'équipe a passé un très bon séminaire, au calme et dans un cadre magnifique. La communication avec Erwin et Roelien était parfaite. Je recommande vivement.

Excellent location for exploring some of Dordogne’s most interesting fortresses and château. The house is walking distance into Beynac; nice river path so you can avoid the road. (Bring a flashlight for evening walks.) Erwin was extremely responsive and friendly, and the house and pool were exactly as described. We spent six nights here and would definitely stay again. Lovely view of Beynac fortress from the living room and garden.

Erwin and Roeliens house was so lovely! The house was well equipped with local amenities nearby. The canoeing was great at the end of the road and the house had everything required for a great stay. The house was excellent value for money and Erwin was a helpful and responsive host. We would recommend this property highly.

This is a delightful property, an open plan (ex tobacco barn), converted very beautifully with comfort in mind, both inside and out. Our party of six were comfortably accommodated, and there is room for eight. It is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a very well stocked kitchen, and utility room, (and even a supply of local wines, should you run short!) The premises is situated within walking distance of Beynac et Cazenac, or a two minute drive from the locals shops including boulangerie, boucherie and epicerie. The pool and property are well maintained and Erwin was always at hand to answer any questions. Very peaceful and relaxing break.
