Beautiful house and magical garden!

My husband and I with our children (6, 4, and 1) had a wonderful stay at Paula's home in Sete Cidades. It is a lovely house in beautiful surroundings and we feel very lucky to have had this as our home base while exploring Sao Miguel. The kids loved the back yard and we all had plenty of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Paula and Francisco were responsive and very helpful from booking to check out. Definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

We came with our family to visit the Azores and had a tough time deciding where to stay. We chose Sete Cidades because of its peaceful location and the small, walkable downtown. It was lovely staying in Paula’s house. The kids loved the yard and all the neat things in it- a little play kitchen, soccer balls, a cool rooftop terrace, etc. There were so many nice touches inside the house as well- soft blankets for sitting out in the evening, hammocks, etc. Don’t miss the bakery nearby! Cons: it’s near the lake and is an older home so it gets a little musty.

Calm and nice place surrounded by nature. The house was well equipped with cooking utensils.
