A really great place to stay, good location with an easy walk in to town and further. A lovely surprise to find a welcome pack on arrival, the house is comfortable with everything we needed, the hot tub was brilliant! Excellent communication from Dave & Eleanor, very helpful hosts. Great stay - lovely location easy to get to everywhere, only a few minutes to Warkworth. Excellent host - great communication, easy check in and the place was well equipped, comfortable and had everything we could need as a family. Hot tub was a big plus

We had such a great time. The property was clean and had everything you'd need for a break there. It felt like a home away from home. They'd thought about everything from having enough toilet roll to a corkscrew to towels for the shower and separate towels for the hot tub. There were games and dvds if the weather wasn't nice but there is so much to do in the local area whatever the weather. We'll definitely be back.

We booked for my daughters 14th birthday and took Our two dogs. The house is in a lovely quiet street and was spotless the hot tub was ready when we arrived and everything was provided. We walked into town and to the beach for the dogs which took less than 5 minutes, had a couple of drinks and a nice mean in a local Pub. The shopping huts in amble sold good produce. The host provided timely instructions on check in and location. We will definitely be back

We stayed with our two young children and my parents. The home is beautiful very clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It was easy to access and the hosts gave clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in. The only down side we found was the travel cot mattress was extremely hard and didn’t fit the bottom of the cot very well obviously this isn’t the fault of the host but it’s something to be aware of if staying with an infant I would recommend brining your own travel cot mattress.
