1.5 miles to the beach
2-5 minute drive or a leisurely stroll to several breakfast and seafood restaurants
10-20 min drive to some of the worlds best golf courses
10 min drive to Market Common, an outdoor shopping and lifestyle center
10 min drive to Myrtle Beach State Park
15 min drive to Broadway the Beach, with go kart racing, family activities, shopping & restaurants
1-2 miles away from Grocery Stores such as Walmart Neighborhood Market & Piggly Wiggly
8 min drive to Target, Marshall's, Ulta and more for those last minute vacation essentials

2 unassigned parking spaces per unit are complimentary - golf carts and trailer parking are not allowed by the resort. No parking pass is needed as we are a privately owned unit.
There are nice trails and nearby neighborhoods to run, walk or bike in. There are bike racks in-between the condo buildings if you’d like to park yours.
