We are 7 mins to beautiful lake Keowee. This cute apartment is a great little get away to explore the beautiful mountain area nearby. Conveniently located to Seneca/ Clemson as well as to the mountains. It's on a quiet private lot and perfect for a couple or small family.

Very nice area & nice home to relax in
This is a very nice apartment above the detached garage on 36 acres. The property is beautiful and feels like a great little getaway. One bed is full sized, the other is a twin over full bunk. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us (a couple and 2 kids). We were just in for a long weekend and football game, but we would definitely stay here again.
Great location. Close to Clemson and grocery store. Easy to find place was clean! Eric touched based to ensure everything was good after we arrived. Would rent the “cozy cottage” again!

Building all three of our families homes over the years has given me a large variety of construction skills.
