Great place
I found this property to be incredibly clean and enjoyable. The management company was very helpful and always quick to respond via text. I work remotely, and the condo was very quiet; I rarely heard neighbors or anyone in the hallway. The amenities are clean and pleasant; the laundry room has an app or pre-paid card option- no need to bring or find quarters! The pool was shaded during the afternoon, an excellent option as a break from the Las Vegas sun. It is a short 3-5 minute walk to the Lake Las Vegas shops and restaurants. A walkway meanders around the Lake Las Vegas community, about a 6-7 mile loop. I walked a 2-3 mile portion of it every morning. The small grocery store offers everything you need for a month's stay, but you can also utilize Walmart delivery or Uber Eats. I highly recommend this as a relaxing, fun, long-term vacation rental. I read, did yoga, hung out by the pool, paddle boarded, worked, walked, and enjoyed a well-rounded self-care remote working summer.
