You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This is a quaint little store that was built in 1943 by Lille Thomas and her husband. She had worked at her fathers store when she was young down the street. Which her father had built a 16’ bar which is now in the Airbnb. Also the original white shelving is all still there. This is where she would display all her items that she would sell anything your local stores would sell.

A unique stay in an old General Store, a nice change from the usual.
It was great. It was my daughter’s birthday getaway and the host got us a cake. Loved it!!!
One of my favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! It was so beautiful and full of history. The kids thought it was so fun. And it was clean and well equipped as well. Thank you Sheila!
Adorable spot, love the history of the place. It really is a cute and functional space. The host left waffle mix, fresh eggs and strawberries, and whipped cream for us. Our family of five was perfectly comfortable and the little touches made us feel right at home. We’d stay here again given the opportunity.

It’s a quiet little town. The store sits on Highway 89 so it can be a little noisy with traffic and our local Norbest has turkey trucks transporting turkeys. But it’s fun to see the local farmer drive by with their tractors, etc. There is a church across the street, a little local gas station down the street as well an ATV rental shop.
Your welcome to park out front or on the side of the store on the concrete. It is well lit all night long. Getting around there are many options take a walk, bike ride, ATV, vehicle you drive.

Love hanging out and spending time with family and friends and my with our eleven grandkids. I love spending time outside in the summer going to lake, taking side by side rides, riding horse or doing miscellaneous projects. Taking on remodeling projects with my husband. Also I am blessed to work out in the construction field with my 89 year old dad and learn new things everyday. Love making the Airbnb to fit special occasions for your visit.
