Best airbnb I have ever stayed in! The home looks like the photos, and it is actually even better than the photos. It was pristinely clean, extraordinarily well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen has a blender, wonderful keurig with a variety of pods, toaster, microwave, electric kettle and a variety of teas, a wide variety of dishes/bowls, plastic bags/wrap/containers, drinking glasses, silverware, pots/pans — literally everything we needed was available. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Pool and hot tub are beautiful and fun. Annie has fun pool items to float on as well as beach towels to use. I loved the place so much I’ve already booked it again and will be booking again and again. Annie, thank you for the amazing place to stay!

First and foremost, Annie is a wonderful host. Even before we got to her place she adjusted an accommodation request without hesitation. She was very quick to respond and even was willing to got out herself at anytime to come check if everything was okay. The communication was very good whenever I sent her a message she was super quick to respond. The house was clean and full with things to do, from board games to TV and entertainment to the wonderful pool and Hottub the kitchen is full with every single utensils or cooking material that you might need. Will definitely be rebooking her place when I most definitely revisit Southern California

First and foremost the host and home was awesome. Annie was very responsive and kind throughout my stay. I loved the fact that she offered and brought many snacks as we were traveling with children. The home was very beautiful and clean and filled with every utensil you could want/need. My kids and I throughly enjoyed staying here and when we come back we will definitely be staying here again.

I and my family had a wonderful stay here in Annie’s place. It’s one of the most memorable vacations we had. The kids really loved the place. Her home exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of busy activities during our stay but when we got home, we were able to get a good night sleep, and they got best neighborhood in town too, So peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved our stay! We drove in from Colorado to take our young children to Disneyland and enjoy my 40th birthday. Our girls loved the games and bunk beds (because that’s what they share at home). We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Annie was available anytime and had excellent communication especially, regarding the hot tub. There were wonderful thoughtful treats for us & even a birthday card for me. You can tell Annie & Eric give their guests a full experience. We especially loved the access to laundry, it was extremely helpful regarding our children. Hoping to stay again when we are in California.
