A secluded 50 acre retreat on the Colorado River. Discover the varied topography from cliffs to wooded spaces to enchanting areas with high tree canopies A private pool, hot tub and game room with river access for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and swimming. Additional apartment space with full kitchen, king bed and futon available upon request for additional $150/nt. A large 2800 sq ft house that will accommodate up to 14 guest. There is a bunk bed room with three double beds and three singles. There are three additional rooms with 2 king beds and ensuite baths and 1 queen room with hall bath access. The detached garage apartment is studio style with a king bed, fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with shower

This place was fantastic. It was everything we wanted plus more. Every day I found something that made me think they put some great effort into making this place amazing.
Upton Ranch was just like described, but it's better to see. We enjoyed the scenery, anemities, and house. It was so clean, relaxing, fun, and very memorable. The host was excellent, thoughtful, and accomidating, and his response and communication were superb. We would definitely stay again and recommend. Thanks for the memories.
This was one of the most well equipped AirBNB's I've ever stayed at - they have everything you need. The pool & spa are beautiful and the house is clean & beautiful & just as the pictures show. Brent was a wonderful host - quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Thank y'all so much!

Plenty of driveway parking space. We will have a UTV available for your use but only adults with a valid driver's license are permitted to operate the vehicle. The river is a short walk down from the main house.
