房东是一位非常热情的太太，万事一应俱全，在我们抵达前就准备好了当地攻略、路书，包括在我们离开的时候也会非常贴心的送我们去车站。 房子属于很传统的英式连排别墅，出租屋在二楼，房间非常干净，整个区域都很安静，典型的大面积住宅区，个人觉得这样会比较安全。

I kept struggling for the best way to describe this place, and I have settled on “enchanting.” I immediately adored the room, the house, Elizabeth, and her darling family. The room itself was all I could dream of—-well- appointed layout, handy little kitchen, modern bathroom, and every amenity that I might need—-strong wifi, plenty of outlets, extra heater, the softest duvet ever—-all wrapped in a personal kindness and commitment to my comfort that enveloped me. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, transit is a breeze. i believe that I could live out the rest of my days in this treasured find. Thank you to Elizabeth and the rest of the family!

Elizabeth and her family members are very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of advices to us since we are going to live in London for a long time. The room is cozy and with a little kitchenette. The laundry shop took quite a bit of walking and quite pricey but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Elizabeth and her family treated me like one of their own. I am soooooo appreciative of everything she did for me, she knew I was moving solo to the UK and went above and beyond giving me recommendations, making me feel comfortable, and most importantly making me feel safe and secure (she even offered to take me on after my booked time slot because I could not find a rental). She was flexible and accomodating. The room was HUGE. Much bigger than expected. weekly cleaner came, always fresh towels and sheets The area is a walk to Richmond- it is a lovely area, felt like I was visiting an aunt. Overall I wouldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for my month. Thank you so much!!!! You are truely an ANGEL and made my move soooooo smooth and comfortable. 5 stars !!!!!
