Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gewesen , alles war sauber und ordentlich . Es war alles da , was man brauchte , leider funktionierte der Toaster nicht . Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen !

Luis and Erika listing was in the perfect spot . Close to everything , especially the airport . Was very comfortable, really loved the room in the back &’ each room come with a fan on top of the a/c unit in home , pleasant smell , and very clean . Was greeted with wine &’ a welcome sign with my name on it that’s was cute . Also, If you an Ice lover the ice machine makes the best ice .

I enjoyed our stay. I was there for work and it was convenient to my work site. Comfortable beds and clean modern upgraded home. I made my way to south beach on a 22 minute drive for dining. There’s an amazing fried seafood spot right across the street. I had the fried snapper with rice and beans. I walked up the street to bakery every morning to get my cafe con leche and buttered Cuban bread each morning.

Location was near the airport and car rental so that was convenient. It was also pretty close to Miami beach, like 15 minute drive. It's the first house off a very busy street so getting into the gated driveway was a bit hectic. I appreciate the gated house though since it was a busy neighborhood. Everything seemed new since all the plastic in the fridge and cabinets where still on. I could've done with a little less air-fresheners everywhere. The smell was overwhelming waking in. There's a seafood restaurant across the street. During the day it smells great, but at night when they close it just smells like a busy fishing pier after everyone has cleaned their fish. I wish they had better bedding since the beds weren't very comfortable. A place to sleep is better than nowhere. A room inside a room was a bit awkward. Overall the place was clean, it was pretty quiet at night. A lot of places to eat nearby that you can walk to.
