This is a great place to stay! Clean and tidy with loads of space for big groups. Perfect location to access all that Balloch and the surrounding areas have to offer. Colin was a great host, providing quick and friendly responses. We very much appreciated the complimentary drinks on arrival and how the hot tub was set up and ready for us to use. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to larger groups. Thanks Colin!

Absolutely perfect stay. We were a group of 11 just looking for a comfortable spot to have a weekend away to celebrate our 30ths together. House is exactly as described, plenty room and well looked after. Hot tub was excellent and backs right into the river to the Loch. Couldn't have been any better

We had a lovely stay with my close family and friends for my hen party. It's a fantastic place if you're planning on relaxing, enjoying nature and do some water sports. The house is absolutely beautiful, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen, dining and living area was large enough to host all 11 of us. The hot tub was already hot upon arrival and Colin and Heather had kindly left us some beverages and cupcakes. I couldn't have imagined a better hen weekend. A big plus is also that the house is super close to shops, restaurants and the train and bus station.
