I booked Dillon’s farm house and barn for my 40th birthday party with a group of friends. It was lovely! The property is so peaceful and beautiful with lots of amenities. The house is a good mix of rustic and chic, and was able to comfortably sleep our group. We used the barn for a party and used the projector for some karaoke. Dillon had a connection for a terrific yoga instructor, and we did that outside on the beautiful deck. This is a great spot for a retreat from the city or a fun party. The sauna with picture window is a really nice added amenity.

We had a wonderful stay at Long Eddy. The house is lovely, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the outdoor sauna was a highlight. Dillion was very communicative and flexible. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend at LA Valley Estates, and it was truly a delightful experience. We found the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property to be impeccable. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the luxurious amenities such as the jacuzzi, spa, and fireplace. These added touches enhanced our relaxation and comfort during our time there. Our host was exceptionally accommodating and always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Their hospitality contributed greatly to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The location of LA Valley Estates was also noteworthy, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. In conclusion, I would highly recommend LA Valley Estates to anyone seeking a spacious and well-appointed retreat with excellent amenities and hospitality. It was a wonderful getaway that we hope to revisit in the future.

We loved our stay at this amazing house in Long Eddy! The house was the perfect size for our group and had plenty of beds .We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and that the dining table could fit all 14 of us. The sauna and hot tub got plenty of use and worked well. We loved how private the home was, it snowed during our trip and the grounds surrounding the house felt magical. Dillon was a great host who was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Would definitely recommend to other groups and we’d love to visit again!

Thanks so much for a perfect experience! The home and property are beautiful and charming. The sauna is so lovely as well as the barn and hot tub. We cooked tons of meals and relaxed all weekend. Dillon was a fantastic and helpful host from start to finish. It truly was an escape. Thank you for everything! I think we will be back :)
