The hosts were very accommodating given that our stay was on such short notice. Responses to my queries were promptly answered. The building staff were also helpful and nice should you need assistance. Upon arrival Rica showed us around the unit and assisted us with parking. The unit is beautiful, clean, homey and has a spectacular view of the gold course which makes you feel that you are not in the Metro. It has all the basic necessities that you’d need. More than enough dinnerware and an induction cooker if you need some basic cooking. It is located near restaurants with a variety of choices so you really won’t need to cook. Shops, banks, etc. are at a walking distance. We stayed here over Christmas and New Year and it was a treat to see the Makati skyline filled with fireworks! We had a lovely time in this place and would stay here again!

Very kind and caring hosts. Renato's place has everything you need for a long or short stay. Fast wifi, big TV, kichen and a cozy loft with big bed. As addition its in the best part of BGC with a beautiful view over the golf field. I highly recomend this place!

We had a great time in Renato's place. The unit was clean and equipped with items we needed for our stay. It allowed us to cook and heat food, there were sufficient dinnerware and utensils, and the bathrooms and loft bedroom were very clean. As advertised, the unit has an amazing view of the golf course and the Makati business skyline, so day and night, the views were spectacular especially when you're a city person. The unit was centrally located in BGC, walking distance to practically everything - restaurants, malls, hospital, bus stops. It was also very easy to get a Grab ride or a cab. Renato was very responsive and accommodating! Will stay in the unit again if we find ourselves in BGC next time.

this is one awesome place to stay at. the location it right at the heart of great tasting eateries and if that is not enough you can walk a couple of minutes to other locations and the mall. I'm not a decorating guy but i thought the place was comfortable very pleasant to stay at. everything was clean from the moment i got there, not a hint of dirty anywhere. and renato was flexible enough to allow us to extend our stay when our other plans fell through. when i comeback to manila i will be looking to book with renato again !

Highly recommended, the unit is way better than the picture, well organized, clean, everything you need is there, specially the kitchen, my boyfriend loves to cook, the view outside the window is so relaxing, and lastly the hosts Mr. Renato and Ms. Rica were really nice persons, very accommodating, and understanding, and of course their staff Ms. Lita was so nice too, all of them ☺️
