Your suite is located in a brand new 3 story building at Meriam Park, Chico’s newest master planned community. An elevator with private access to the 3rd floor takes you to your top floor suite. The first floor of the building offers retail, a pilates barre studio, a local ice cream shop, a soon-to-open sushi restaurant and the second floor has professional offices. As a guest of Odelia Suites you will have access to the Meriam Park Club Community Amenities. This includes a Rooftop Terrace, Fitness Studio, Yoga Studio, Large Outdoor Pool + Cabanas, and the Clubhouse Lounge, which includes BBQ’s, fireplace seating, kitchen area, dining area, large screen TVs, and shuffleboard.
