overall, we liked it. it seemed clean and quiet, and literally in the heart of the city, so close to very good restaurants and cafes. the only two things we disliked: though it gave a cool ambiance to the place, we found the lightning quite insufficient, especially at nights. and while we were staying, the person staying next to us left their room's door open often and it kinda disturbed us, also someone knocked on our door one night but we don't know who. we'd say it is okay for its price, might consider suggesting it to friends
