Katie was so kind and generous with whatever we needed. Very responsive, and hospitable. The space was perfect for our long stay at her place. Spotless clean and cozy beds!

We are giving Katie’s place 3 stars since we felt a lack of better customer service. The actual property was clean and cozy, inside and surroundings were as described and we had a good stay otherwise. We spent 11 days in the property over the holidays and only once contacted the host since we got locked out of the home. The host initially said they were at a family gathering and they would bring a spare key afterwards. 20 min later we received notice that she was no longer coming and that she had sent lock smith to open for us for $80-120 at our own expense. We had no option but to agree in understanding that it was around the holidays. However, we were disappointed and felt a lack of customer service in this regard not to mention lock smith charged us $210. I would recommend a spare key is left accessible for guests in case this occurs again in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was new and welcoming. The host was responsive and very friendly.

We stayed at Katie's place for two weeks over Thanksgiving and everything was perfect! Katie was very responsive, within a few minutes the one time we needed something at check in. The house had everything we needed and was spectacularly clean. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently close to a gym, several restaurants, and the Bass Pro aquarium (highly recommended!). We'd definitely stay here again whenever we're in Springfield!
