Location was perfect. It is walking distance to everything but not right next to loud bars. Loan was a great host. Always very quick to respond and offer helpful advice or solutions to any issues. There was some outside noise for our first room and she offered a switch to a quieter room. Our AC unit was not working but we did not realize until late at night. she responded despite the late time and offered a fan to help and had someone to fx it the following morning. She helped set up airport transfer which was nice as well. She has suggestions for tailors, food, tours, etc as well.

Loan is a very lovely , friendly and kind host. she allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room. The room is very clean and has a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping to clean the room everyday and free top up bottle drinking water each day. The location is perfect. it takes me about 3 mins to walk to the night market. lots of food and drinks. You don't need to worry about feeling hungry. I met her 2 little daughters and they are extremely cute. they are at school most of the time. if you are lucky, you can meet, talk and play with them. I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it. If ever I return to Hoian, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Loan . I had a wonderful stay here 🩷 cam on rat nhieu

The room is super clean and the location is unmatched! It's really in the center of Hoi An and we had no issue walking around. Loan is very kind and she helped book us drivers to Hue.
