The Canto De Los Pajaros Beach House is your beach home away from home. Check out our stunning ocean views from the main patio and the tequila patio. The ocean breezes are refreshing and relaxing. Our home is clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, and cooking essentials like pots, pans, bbq tools (charcoal), etc. 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, work from home with fast wi-fi, new appliances, a cook's dream kitchen, fully fenced (great for pets), two car garage with opener, and flat fee pricing! Our home is in Las Conchas one of the more established neighborhoods with 24 hour security patrol and an HOA. The home was built in 1998. The appliances have all been replaced in the past year, as is the bedding. We hope you love it as much as we do! The bedrooms are two king en-suites, and one bedroom has two twin beds. There is one full bathroom in the hallway near the bedroom with the twin beds. Our local host Kora and family is just like having a front desk staff available during your stay. If ever anything goes wrong he is just a phone call away. We want your stay to be the best ever, so please do not hesitate to let us know how to make that possible!

Our stay with Jennifer was awesome. She definitely goes the extra mile to accommodate guest. The house was spotless clean and a very easy check in process. She responds almost instantly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!

The home, yard, and location were perfect. We loved being able to bring our pups and be a 1-minute walk from the beach. The private front courtyard, backyard, upper terrace, and ocean views were absolutely lovely. The house was clean, well-decorated, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We are excited to come back.
Overall, Jennifer's place met our expectations. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the views are beautiful! Excellent location. The kitchen was fully stalked and the pots and pans, and cooking utensils were in excellent condition. I appreciated the prompt responses from Jennifer and Kora during our stay. We had a wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home, Jennifer was very friendly and helpful, and Kora was wonderful! It was private, great access to the beach, and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Our neighborhood is 24-hour security patrolled, there are traditional HOA rules in place, we have great neighbors, we are 80 steps from the beach, great fishing, Las Conchas is one of the oldest neighborhoods on the beach in Puerto Peñasco.
We have a two car garage you are welcome to use, and a driveway. The neighborhood is very safe. Our home is near the entrance to the neighborhood and the Corona del Sol condo complex. Our home is near shopping like Sam's Club and Wal-Mart (called Bodega Aurrera). Super Ley is another grocery store nearby. Rocky Imports is a store with a little bit of everything. Coppell is across from Super Ley and is like Kohls or JC Penny's, they sell vacuums and refrigerators, but on the second floor is clothing. Every time we forget our belts we head to Coppell.

We are Roger Clyne and the Peacemaker fans and follow the band when we can. We live in Texas but adore Puerto Peñasco. We hope to retire to this home someday.
