地段很好，房间很大也舒适，电力系统稍显复杂。没有洗衣机，需要自带沙滩浴巾。整体感觉不错。

We wish we would have been notified about the multiple constructions around the building. Naturally, we only read reviews when booking the place earlier this year. The property itself is gorgeous and very well maintained, also in a great spot and in walking distance to all sites and beaches in Cascais. However, please be advised there are two major construction sites happening in the direct vicinity of this place. The noise and fumes are constant between 8am and 4pm. The host did not communicate with us at all (only when we had to reach out during the check in issues. We were left confused as there was no key in the lockbox. After approx. 15 minutes of attempting to contact the host and Airbnb we were advised the cleaner is still inside and we had to wait to check in). The property is managed by a third party and is therefore quite impersonal. No instruction booklet, no tips or recommendations. It’s not what an Airbnb should be like.

We had hoped that this apartment would be a base for us to explore Cascais, as well as somewhere nice to stay and relax, read a book, enjoy being on holiday. Unfortunately, the ongoing construction directly opposite the flat as well as the demolition of a building next door made the latter part almost impossible. We paid over €1,000 for 1 week’s accommodation that we could only enjoy before 8am and after 5pm. The noise was extreme - drilling stone, a digger banging against concrete - it was so loud that you would think it was happening inside the house. Although this is not the host’s fault, I personally feel it should be clearly stated in the description and perhaps reflected in the price temporarily. If it weren’t for the noise, we would really have enjoyed our stay! The apartment is modern and comfortable. Our check-in was delayed but the host kindly let us extend our check out time. Overall, I would recommend this flat once the nearby construction has been completed!

Beautiful apartment at an amazing location, with both the town centre and beach on the doorsteps, however I did have issues with excessive noise coming from the construction site next door between 8am and 4-5pm every weekday. The place is designed with amazing attention to detail, style and care, but I wish it was maintained a bit better as I had issues with no bathroom lights for days after moving in. If I didn’t have the noise issue, I would have loved the stay, but due to the excessive noise I feel it was not a good deal.
