All areas within the villa are air-conditioned, and there is a high-speed WiFi internet connection available throughout.<br><br>Outside, you can enjoy a private 22.5 sq. m. swimming pool, surrounded by outdoor furniture and a Bbq area, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor dining.<br><br>The area surrounding the villa offers a wide range of amenities, from supermarkets and ATMs to various restaurants, taverns, bars, and cafes. The long sandy beach of Plakias is ideal for a variety of water sports. The Plakias area is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, magnificent natural beauty, and the presence of numerous exotic beaches nearby.

Tolle Lage am Ortsrand. Gute Ausgangslage für Erkundungen, ob mit dem eigenen Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Angebote im Örtchen und im Umfeld für Eltern und Jugendliche ausreichend vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichen fußläufig vorhanden. Ein Höhepunkt nach Exkursionen oder tagsüber bei großer Hitze war der tolle Pool - genial !
The villa looks exactly as on the pictures and is very new. It is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. We did not see the host very often, but he was very friendly. Currently the surroundings of the villa are flattened earth or stones, when it rains you get quite muddy, but that might change. It looks like the surroundings are work in progress.
Die Villa Corallia 2 ist super luxuriös und man kann dort eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit verbringen. Blick aufs Meer und man hört bei offenem Fenster nachts das Meeresrauschen. Es gibt alles was für einen längeren Aufenthalt gebraucht wird (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Wäschetrockner, Föhn, Kaffeemaschine usw.). Der Pool hat eine ideale Größe und man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Plakias ist super erschlossen und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gern wieder!
Wir sind zu fünft angereist und hatten einen Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen gehabt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht wie neu und gepflegt die Villa war. Die Kommunikation mit Tonia war ebenfalls sehr gut, bei Fragen wurde uns direkt die passende Antwort geliefert. Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig und man kann auf das Meer blicken. Ebenfalls kann man Problemlos zum Strand zu Fuß laufen. Ein Supermarkt, die Metzgerei und eine Bäckerei sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Abschließend hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Villa super gefallen!
Beautiful villa in excellent location a few minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Excellent view of the sea and the mountains. Gorgeous sunsets. Tonia the host is very friendly and responsive. Thank you.
