This is such a lovely cottage. It was exactly like the photos and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the whole house had an excellent standard of finish.

Lovely little cottage located within 5 minutes of all local amenities. Very clean and comfortable with parking at the door. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to discover Angus and Perthshire.

Beautiful cottage, cosy and pristine. All mod cons. Lovely spacious rooms. Great Historical connection to the town. Centre of town with everything you need within walking distance. I would highly recommend it

Lovely property in central Kirriemuir. Great for family stays with easy access to the Glens. Walking distance to shops and cafes in the centre of town and easy parking right outside the property. Inside, the property had everything we needed. We had a little trouble with the lockbox, but Eva at the property management agency was responsive and very helpful. In the end, we chose to extend our stay which was facilitated quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

We had a nice time at this small cottage in the wonderful town of Kirrimuir. We echo one of the earlier reviews that the beds are indeed on the smaller side and better suited for smaller people than for this tall Dutch delegation. The people that take care of the place are super responsive and helpful.
