Todo excelente, está muy conectado con un metro a trescientos metros o menos . El lugar es súper tranquilo, nada de ruido. El departamento súper cómodo y funciona excelente las duchas , lavadora de ropa con secadora, todo cómodo. La única cosa en mi opinión a mejorar si se pudiera es el tipo de sábanas , no es que sean feas , o poco prolijas, sino que es un estilo particular al cual no estábamos acostumbrados. Pero esto nada impacta sobre la calidad del departamento y menos aún impacta sobre la calidad de anfitrión de Asmir. Creo que es casi insuperable Asmir . Impecable. Nuestros amigos y yo estaremos siempre agradecidos de su generosidad.

We had a lovely stay in Asmir's place in Munchen. The location was great, peaceful and surrounded by green forest and playgrounds with the U bahn and supermarket Penny a short walk away. Asmir was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The only real issue was the showers, it was very hard to use them without flooding the bathrooms with water (easy fixes with new shower curtains). Thanks again.

Asmir was a great host. He replied very quickly to our messages. The flat was exactly as advertised and everything was good. I can recommend to book with Asmir!

Property mid renovation. Stong smell of cat urine near the 2 bedrooms. Bathtub surrounded by black mold. Shower is pretty much unusable, the water goes everywhere. The property is in very poor condition over all. Worst of all the strong smell of cat urine and the black mold around the Bathtub

This apartment was beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed, very close to the u-Bahn, and grocery stores. Parking was easy and the apartment was very quiet. This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Munich
