Rated honest 3 stars due to reasons below: - Host asked if its ok for us to use her other unit due to something (I cant remember the reason bc she called the morning of our date and i was still sleeping). I said yes bc what can I do about it when we have to check in the afternoon. - We had to communicate via FB (Instructed to search for host’s acc) and calls. - Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:05pm and the room is still not available/key is still with the cleaner. I waited 10 mins at least. - I prefer minimal communication so proactive or automatic check in/out instructions will make my rating higher. - Room and bathroom were clean but there is no “refreshened” smell that you are used to when you check in to a place and the bathroom smells a bit. - Parking is perfect. Right in front of the lobby and SM Southmall. - Pillows were comfortable. - Host was very responsive with my questions. But we can save both some time if there are instructions available before we check in/out.

The place is just beside a mall so it's truly a great place to stay in the South. The host was very accomodating as well. Will definitely book again!

Responsive owner Clean and comfortable place to stay Comments: high bed - not suitable for babies No microwave/does not affect your stay though 10/10 rate

Host replies fast to queries and kind enough to inform immediately about room changes which was understandable since we booked less than 6hrs from the check in time. Clean room too
