This was my first time renting a room in a house. I was a bit hesitant about sharing space with strangers but Tracy’s place was awesome. We had very little interaction with the other guests but the time we did was pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

That was a nice living there, I like home so much the house was neat and clean well maintained . I love the interior and vibe of the house, I recommend everyone too stay there

This was the perfect place for me to stay the night before catching a flight from JFK. Tracey and Cleveland were prompt in their responses and friendly. The room and common area were very clean and exactly as pictured/described. I would definitely book again the next time I fly out of NY!

Very cozy, the bed is soooo comfortable, it was a peaceful stay. Check in was easy. Nobody bothered me. And it was close to the airport.
