INCREDIBLE location! Thoughtfully designed 1920’s bungalow in Sunset Beach, a quintessential slice of paradise in Treasure Island. Enjoy incredible sunsets and cocktails at Caddy’s—just a 2 minute walk. Live music, restaurants, brewery, taco stand, tiki bars all an easy walk. You’ll appreciate your one parking space in this sought after location! Wi-fi, basic kitchen essentials, beach chairs, washer/dryer, grill, etc! Approval for pets required in advance. Amazing Location. Location! You will fall in love as soon as you set your eyes on this IMMACULATE bungalow! There are no cumbersome elevators--you just walk directly inside the bungalow into the inviting, cheerful living area! This space has a lot of light so it gives you a "welcome to the beach" type of feeling. The white leather sofa is beautiful but it's also surprisingly comfortable. You can kick back and stream your TV favorites on the 58" Smart television mounted onto a designer tv wall frame. There is an additional chair and ottoman in the living room if you want to spread out from your other guests a bit. The beautiful kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal and the cabinets are stocked with cookware needed to whip-up your meals. There is a blender and a cool retro brand coffee maker, toaster and new microwave. Take a seat at the large dining table in the kitchen that seats up to 4. This spacious table will double as a work desk as needed (we provide the WiFi, too!). The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, lots of drawer space to hold your personal items and a closet that has double hanging for your clothes. The bed itself has drawers built into the base that adds another 4-6 drawers. If you want to fall asleep to the tv, there is a TV mounted in there for you. Step outside the back door in the kitchen and you will find a newly revamped outdoor space! A beautiful green area is nestled underneath new bright colored sun sails. There is a large outside dining table with 6 chairs and a new propane grill (one grill for each side of the bungalow) is there so you have the option to grill and dine outside at the tables. For the beach lovers, we have plenty of beach chairs for our guests and a convenient beach cart so you can easily haul all your items to the beach! As I'm sure you know by now, this amazing bungalow is just a 2 minute walk to the famous "Caddy's on the Beach" and they provide the ultimate beach bar and beach experience. They have fantastic food, daily live entertainment, complimentary beach chairs, side tables and umbrellas. If you want to go fancy, they have that option, too! You can reserve one of their private beach cabanas with full wait staff service! It's pretty darn fancy! If you love yoga, don’t miss their FREE weekly yoga sessions on the beach.
